An exceptional gold cannetille bracelet, the elaborate lozenge-shaped clasp built up in tiered wirework and beaded scrollwork, set to the centre with a foiled pink pear-cut stone cluster forming a flowerhead with turquoise cabochon heart, flanked above and below by trefoil clusters of cabochon turquoise within gold and green enamelled foliate mounts. The clasp suspends a rich fringe of woven gold tassels, terminating the mesh strap.
Worked throughout in fine cannetille technique with twisted wire, beading and applied chased foliage, the stones foil-backed in the period manner and set in closed-back collets.
