A striking pair of antique turquoise and old-cut diamond pendant earrings, each designed with an elaborate scrolling upper section set throughout with graduated old-cut diamonds, suspending an articulated old-cut diamond collet and a large pear-shaped turquoise cabochon.
Each turquoise drop is framed by a graduated surround of old-cut diamonds, the reverse revealing the traditional open-backed construction. The diamond sections appear to be silver-set with gold backing, characteristic of jewellery of the period.
